Return policy

Valid Reasons To Return An Item:

1. The product delivered to you must not be broken or damaged.

2. Don't misplace any item or accessories of the sent product (The product or parcel must be returned as it was sent to you).

3. The wrong product would not be acceptable in return (the difference of size, color, or expired item).

4. Your change of mind would not be applicable as the reason for returning the product after the product is dispatched.

5. No refund policy is available. You can only exchange the product.

6. Few items on the product page are non-returnable so a return or exchange policy would not be applicable on those items.

Note: If any of the above-mentioned conditions is applied to the returned product, the company holds the right to return it back to you.
